1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched. Please note that processing times may be slightly delayed during high-volume sale periods.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We are currently pleased to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders across India.

Estimated Delivery Time: The product will be shipped within 1-2 days and will be delivered within 5-7 days.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for the convenience of our customers. However, to maintain the integrity of our services, we reserve the right to restrict or disable the COD option for accounts or addresses with a history of rejected deliveries or incomplete addresses.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your tracking ID and a link to track your package's journey. Tracking information usually takes 24 hours to update in the courier's system.
