Refund policy
At Dealadda24, we strive to ensure our customers receive high-quality products. To maintain fairness and protect our business from fraudulent claims, we have a strict, transparent Return and Replacement Policy.
1. Replacement Window (5 Days)
We offer a 5-Day Replacement Policy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must raise a replacement request within 5 days of successful delivery. Please note: We currently offer replacements only, not direct returns for "change of mind."
2. The Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strictly Enforced)
To process any claim for a damaged, defective, or missing item, an uncut, unedited unboxing video is strictly mandatory.
The video must clearly show the original packaging, shipping label, and the opening of the package from start to finish.
Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained under any circumstances.
3. Eligibility for Replacement
Your item is eligible for a free replacement if:
The product arrived physically damaged or broken.
The product is mechanically defective.
You received an entirely different product from what was ordered.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
We do not accept returns or process refunds in the following scenarios:
Buyer's Remorse: Disliking the product, color, or changing your mind after delivery.
Minor wear and tear: Any damage caused by improper usage, dropping, or mishandling of the product by the user.
Missing original packaging: The item must be returned in its original box with all accessories, cables, and manuals intact.
5. How to Initiate a Request
To raise a request, please contact our support team at dealadda24@gmail.com or via our WhatsApp support number with your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and the mandatory unboxing video. Our team will review the request within 24-48 business hours.
6. Refund Process (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued in rare cases where a replacement unit is out of stock or cannot be arranged.
Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
COD Orders: The customer must provide valid bank account or UPI details. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Note: Any COD handling charges or original shipping fees are non-refundable.
